Our cattle are a three-way cross of Limousine, Hereford, and Angus. The herd lives a very relaxed, calm life. They start the year on our winter pasture, grubbing on the same high-quality hay we sell. They stay on our winter pasture until the snow melts on the base of the Lone Cone; around the beginning of June, we are able to move the herd to our summer pasture.
